Pet tickets cost about €20. You can make the payment as you are checking in at the airport. All pets fly in travel boxes. If you are unsure about box’s size, check to see if the pet can easily stand up, turn around and lay with its legs straightened. Don’t forget to put a soft sheet, food and water in the box. Your four-legged friend will have less stress if surrounded by comfy things it already knows. Small pets less than 8 kilos (with the box) will fly with you. Bigger ones will go to a warm and well-equipped compartment. During layovers, the pets are placed in a warm and comfortable room for pets at the airport transit zone. Finally, always try to choose flights with short layovers as they are easier on both you and your pet.
